Chi Kung

      This ancient curing treatment originates from practitioners in the Far East who used very slow dances to survive in extreme environments. The name of this discipline refers to the work (Kung) to increase the vital energy, the breath that keeps us alive (Chi).

Teachers have created a straightforward routine for our patients to improve their bodily awareness, flexibility, breathing and posture, to regulate the function of the internal organs, and to concentrate the mind on healing. Practicing Chi Kung lifts the spirit and gives us total confidence in ourselves.

Classes take place in a room made of marble and bamboo, ventilated by refreshing breezes to put us in a state of complete harmony with nature.
